Packed and ready to hit the road?  Don’t forget to bring your first aid so minor bumps, bites, and boo boos won’t spoil your fun.

Here are several easy and natural herbal first aid tips for you and your traveling companions…

1. Bee Stings – Boo Boo Goo soothes these bites! If you’re out of Boo Boo Goo and are stung, you can temporarily use some dirt with a little water added. Apply on the bite and let dry, then flick off.

2. Headaches – Drink water! Two reflexology points are: Pinch the muscle between your thumb and pointer finger. Press for 6 seconds, release and repeat if necessary.

Or, an alternative method is to use your thumb to apply pressure on the circumference of the big toe.

3. Tummy Ache – On the left foot, under the pad, in the upper middle of the foot, gently press in a small circle several times.

4. Sunburn – Boo Boo Goo‘s Aloe Vera, Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils give you immediate relief! When you have slight sunburn, slice a strawberry in half and rub on the area.

Strawberries are also excellent for brushing your teeth because they naturally whiten them!

5. Preventing Sunburn – White Birch has a white powder on its bark, that you simply rub with your hands and then apply over your skin.  It is a natural sunscreen!

To your good health,

Joanne
